Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is sold or shipped. But if for some reason you need to return or exchange an unused item, no problem.
Items in new condition may be returned or exchanged at the shoppe or by mail. If you made your purchase by mail, you'll have to ship it back to us, but don't worry — we will pay return shipping on the exchange.
All returns or exchanges, whether in-person or by mail, must be made within 30 days with a receipt. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment. After 30 days, or without a receipt, refunds will only be issued as a store credit. And refunds for past season's items may not receive full credit.
